Professor Anurag Agrawal: Mr. Agrawal is a professor at Baylor University. He leads an Indian research group on air quality issues. He spoke on issues related to air pollution in India.

Robert Chase and John Blomquist:   Mr. Chase (Lead Human Development Economist) and Mr. Blomquist (India Human Development Coordinator) are financial experts from the World Bank. They will be discussing microfinance, foreign investment, poverty, malnutrition, and rural development.

Nadine Templer – She works with the HOPE Foundation, working on issues related to females in education,  poverty, the caste system, and social issues in general. She will speak on topics related to gender roles and issues, malnutrition, poverty, and child abuse.  She is also a good resource for those of you working on other social issues that do not appear to be addressed by the other speakers.

David Hausner (John Snow Inc.):  He works with HIV and AIDS related issues in India and will be discussing the epidemiology, policy, and practice around this disease in India.

Kavita Singh and Neha Singh

Representing Navdanya, these speakers adressed issues related to farming, food production, GMO seeds and farming, hybrid seeds, and related topic. They shared the following slides and video:
